Parking for 4 cars and boats

HOUSE RULES
Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property for the entire reservation.

Maximum guest count must not exceed the number on the reservation, including children and infants. No unregistered overnight guests.

No parties or events. Family gatherings and quiet celebrations with registered guests only.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am out of respect for neighbors. No loud music, yelling, or outdoor noise during these times.

No smoking, vaping, anywhere on the property! No illegal substances inside the home or on the property

No pets are allowed at any time. Bringing a pet to the property is a violation of the house rules and may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

No moving heavy furniture or disconnecting/rewiring electronics, Wi‑Fi equipment, or TVs.

Use the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or issues immediately so we can address them. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Only use designated parking areas. Do not block neighbors’ driveways or access. No RVs, campers, or trailers without prior approval.

No open flames indoors (candles, incense, etc.). Observe any local fire bans or restrictions.

Check‑out procedures must be followed: start the dishwasher (if there are dirty dishes), take trash to the designated bins, turn off lights, and lock all doors and windows.

Do not access locked owner’s closets or storage areas. These are for owner use only.

This is a classic, older family home. If you’re expecting a brand‑new, high‑end luxury property, this may not be the best fit. Please book with that in mind and treat the home respectfully. We have enjoyed it for years and want you to feel the same comfortable environment we have for our family

BUNK BED POLICY
Hilltop Haven is very family‑friendly and offers several bunk beds that kids love. For safety, top bunks are recommended only for children ages 6 and up and are not suitable for toddlers or very young children. Please do not allow children to jump or climb on the bunk beds, railings, or ladders, and never exceed the weight limits of the bunks. Adults may use lower bunks, but top bunks are intended primarily for children who can safely use the ladder. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times in and around the bunk beds.
